Manas Injection Moulding Ltd has been offering premier injection moulding services from our factory in Devon since 2006. Our knowledgeable team has over 55 years of experience in the injection moulding industry, including extensive experience with two-shot and three-shot mouldings and complex product design and manufacturing. Our aim is to offer a professional, quality service to all of our customers, and keep them involved throughout the production process from the design through to manufacture of the end product.
With our four Arburg machines we are able to manufacture a wide range of products, including small batch runs for components up to high-grade medical, electronics, construction and sanitary products. We can manufacture products from general commodity plastics right up to high-grade engineering polymers as well as other materials such as TPE's and metal replacement materials.
